The following terms apply to all bookings (reservations) of the rooms and stay at Fredensborg Store Kro. Note that there are differing terms for the booking of weddings, celebrations and events. Where deviating terms available, refer to here.
The section below concerning. privacy policy apply as an integral part of conditions for all bookings, but they also apply to all agreements and relationships with Fredensborg Store Kro.
Payment terms
All onlinebookinger of rooms payable in advance in connection with the booking. Payment can be made online by credit or debit card. For other bookings (for example, bookings via phone or email), we may require that you guarantee payment or prepay with a credit card or deposit to our account at the Handelsbanken 0890 0001127809. Cancellation policy

Arrival and departure
The room is available from the hotel. 15.00 on the day of arrival. The room must be vacated by noon. 11: 00 am on the day of departure. Leaving the room later than noon. 11: 00 am on the day of departure, to be paid for the additional days of stay unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
In the case of force majeure or other exceptional circumstances outside Fredensborg Store kro's direct control including fire, water damage, strike/lockout, breakdown in IT and other technical system failure – is Fredensborg Store Kro entitled to cancel bookings without notice and without liability.
Fredensborg Store kro's liability, regardless of the cause, not exceed bookingens total price, and a possible replacement does not include indirect loss, such as loss of profits, transport and travel costs like costs for alternative accommodation are not covered. Fredensborg Store Kro is also not responsible for loss or theft of valuables and luggage in the room or on the hotel in general.
Forgot objects
Items left behind or forgotten in the room or the hotel kept for a maximum of 3 months after departure.
Surviving objects, as Fredensborg Store Kro assess is no particular value to be disposed of immediately. Fredensborg Store Kro can not be held responsible for the disposal of items, regardless of what the value might turn out to be. Parking
Parking spaces can usually not forhåndsreserveres. At Fredensborg Store Kro, there are several free parking spaces, as always you are welcome to use in connection with the stay or visit in the way. Parking is always for the owner's/user's own expense and risk. Fredensborg Store Kro is not responsible for damage to the vehicle from any cause, including fire, water and storm damage and vandalism and the theft of or in the parked vehicle.
Cleaning
Cleaning of the rooms is conducted between the hours of. 08.00 and 15.00. Prevented or impeded cleaning due to luggage or other objects belonging to the guest, is Fredensborg Store Kro eligible for failing to clean that day. Towels and bed linen are changed daily. For stays of more than 5 days change of bed linen according to your needs.
Forbud mod rygning og røg
Fredensborg Store Kro er røgfri, og det er derfor ikke tilladt at ryge på værelserne eller noget andet sted indendørs. Forbuddet gælder al form for rygning uanset indhold, herunder brug af såkaldte e-cigaretter eller noget som kan sidestilles hermed. Manglende overholdelse af rygeforbuddet vil medføre, at du pålægges et gebyr på pt. DKK 1.500 for hver gang, der finder en overtrædelse sted. Gebyret skal bl.a. dække, at værelset skal rengøres med henblik på at gøre det lugtfrit igen. Hvis rygningen aktiverer en røgdetektor, og det medfører, at der igangsættes en automatisk brandalarm, hvor brandvæsenet kommer, kan dette desuden medføre, at du – i tillæg til ovenstående gebyr – pålægges de udgifter, normalt ca. DKK 15.000 for udkørsel af brandvæsnet.
Young people under the age of 18 years
Children and young people under the age of 18 can not reserve or stay at Fredensborg Store Kro without being accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.
Animals and objects, which are not allowed at the hotel
Der må ikke medbringes dyr af nogen art på hotellet. Der må ikke medbringes genstande på hotellet, som ikke er egnet til opbevaring på værelserne. F.eks. cykler, løbehjul store mængder væsker, øl og alkohol. Der må heller ikke medbringes farlige genstande f.eks. våben, brandfarlige væsker og fyrværkeri.
