Fredensborg Store Kro byder til søndagsbrunch d. 04 oktober 2026.
Menuen består af:
- Freshly baked sourdough buns, wholemeal bread and rye bread buns served with salted butter from Aabybro
- The pastry chef's freshly baked scones with dark chocolate
- Croissant with chopped pistachios
- Two types of jam according to the season and homemade nutella with hazelnuts
- Scrambled eggs with chives and crème fraîche
- Bacon and brunch sausages with herbs
- Warm liver pâté with fried mushrooms and bacon
- Pancakes with blueberries and syrup
- Cheese board with various unique cheeses, compote and grapes
- Sausage rolls, smoked ham and cured sausage served with cress and red onion
- Greek yogurt with seasonal compote and granola
- Faroese salmon served with smoked cheese cream, flowers and herbs
- Hand-peeled shrimp stirred into herb cream with dill and chives
- Caesar salad with croutons, West Sea cheese, pickled onions and pea shoots
- Melon salad served with mint sprigs
- Orange and grapefruit salad served with honey and citrus herbs
- Mazarin tart with vanilla cream, blackberries and citrus
