- Two types of seasonal jam and homemade Nutella with hazelnuts
- Scrambled eggs with chives and crème fraîche
- Bacon and brunch sausages with herbs
- Warm liver pâté with fried mushrooms and bacon
- Pancakes with blueberries and syrup
- Cheese board with selected unique cheeses, compote and grapes
- Sausage roll, smoked ham and cured sausage served with cress and red onion
- Greek yogurt with seasonal compote and crunchy granola
- Faroese salmon with smoked cheese cream, edible flowers and herbs
- Hand-peeled shrimp stirred with herb cream, dill and chives
- Chicken salad with pickled mushrooms, cranberries and cress
- Green salad with mustard vinaigrette and Vesterhavs cheese
- Melon salad with fresh mint shoots
- Pineapple and citrus with honey and citrus herbs
- Lemon tart with lemon curd and burnt meringue
